Key Responsibilities:

• • Conduct telemarketing activities: Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential clients or trainees, promoting training programs and counseling services offered by the organization.
  • Generate sales leads: Identify and qualify sales leads through telemarketing efforts, engaging with prospects to assess their training needs and interests.
  • Provide counseling services: Offer personalized counseling services to individuals interested in training programs, guiding them through the process of selecting the most suitable training options based on their goals and preferences.
  • Close sales: Effectively communicate the value proposition of training programs and counseling services to prospects, persuading them to enroll in training courses or utilize counseling services, ultimately driving sales.
  • Track and report sales performance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead generation, follow-up calls, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and achievements.

Qualifications:

• • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in BDE or counseling role.
  • Residency in or near Sithalapakkam, Chennai is preferred.

Skills Required:

• • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in social media management and basic Excel.
  • Strong writing skills and adept at utilizing technologies like ChatGPT for effective communication.

Compensation: Salary is INR 20,000 to 25,000 per month plus performance-based incentives, in accordance with company policy.
