2. Employment Record:
- Company Profile– Indicate the address, telephone numbers, and p.o box.
- Indicate Your Role– This refers to your designation.
- Date Of Employment– Write in a Month/ Year started-Month/Year ended
- Name Of Immediate Supervisor And His Position- mention the name of your boss or supervisor
- Roles and Responsibilities and Detail Your Decision-Making Roles: For each position, describe your key responsibilities and your decisions roles made for the organization.

Decision-making positions are job titles that give you the power to choose what strategic routes to follow on quality management or operational efficiency within an organization. Such roles entail developing strategies of high quality; heading teams; managing projects and ensuring conformity with set standards among others.
