Instead of taking the CQI exam on paper, it is today available online thus making things easier. The present system and the prerequisites to get CQI IRCA Certified Lead Auditor Certification are given in this manual.
How do I access my test?
Two SARAS portals will be open for you; one is for practice questions while the other one belongs to your examination.
The email from SARAS will contain a completion date for your exam.
Prior to the Examination:
Technical Check: Ensure that your computer and internet connection meet all minimum requirements for sitting the examination. Make sure that your camera and microphone are functioning well.
Quiet Environment: Choose a quiet spot for your exam which is free from distractions and has good lighting. Keep away any unauthorized materials from your working area.
ID and Authorization: Check if there is any additional authorization documents or government-issued photo ID with you needed during verification process.
Practice: Go through all practice papers provided by CQI IRCA via SARAS website.
During the Examination:
Ensure Connection: You should keep an eye on your internet connectivity throughout the exam. In case of any disconnection, contact technical support immediately.
Stay Focused: Concentrate on answering questions instead of wasting time as possible as you can.
Adhere to proctoring rules: While being webcam monitored, ensure that you heed instructions about positions of cameras, movements, and other guidelines regarding monitoring test environment during online exams.
ID and Authorization: Uploading an authorized ID is a must as stated in SARAS portal which violation of which will lead to cancellation of one’s test.
No Unauthorized Materials: You should not have any device during the exam which is not allowed. Such a violation would lead to your disqualification.
Submit Answers: Double check your responses before you finally send them. After submission, your answers become uneditable.
Technical Issue: In case of any technical problems experienced throughout examination, please take some screenshots or jot down the points so as to help you understand better what went wrong while CQI IRCA has introduced new measures in order deal with this matter and you should know how. For all concerns, CQI IRCA will provide the ticket (Online Help Request Form), that may take up to five business days.
Post exam:
Results for exams will be sent within 10 UK working days from review of your exam recording by CQI to us (3FOLD Training). If you have not received your results within 14 UK working days since sitting for the examination, feel free to approach us for assistance.
In case you do not pass the exam, you may reschedule it. It is only possible to sit for another test once and this must be done through your trainer within a year after failing on first attempt. The CQI IRCA resit fee for the examination is AED 125.
Certificate: Upon successful completion of examination, certificate of achievement shall be issued two working days later than result date.
