The CQI IRCA exam has transitioned from a paper-based format to an online format, providing increased convenience. This guide serves as a resource to understand the current system and the necessary requirements for attaining CQI IRCA Certified Lead Auditor Certification.
How to access your exam?
You will have access to two SARAS portals, one for your practice questions and the other for your exam.
The deadline to complete your examination will be mentioned in the email from SARAS.
Before the exam:
Technical Check: Ensure your computer and internet connection meet the minimum requirements for the exam. Check if your camera and microphone are working correctly.
Quiet Environment: Find a quiet and well-lit place to take the exam where you won’t be interrupted. Clear your workspace of any unauthorized materials.
ID and Authorization: Ensure you have your government-issued photo ID or any required authorization documents ready for verification.
Practice: Practice all the practice papers provided by CQI IRCA through the SARAS portal.
During the exam:
Check Your Connection: Ensure that your internet connection remains stable throughout the exam. If you encounter connectivity issues, contact technical support immediately.
Stay Focused: Concentrate on the questions and manage your time wisely.
Adhere to proctoring rules: You are being monitored via webcam; ensure you follow the instructions regarding camera angles, movements, and any other requirements for monitoring your test-taking environment.
ID and Authorization: The SARAS portal explicitly states that uploading a valid ID is mandatory, and failure to do so will result in the voiding of the exam.
No Unauthorized Materials: Do not have any unauthorized devices within reach during the exam. Violating these rules may lead to disqualification.
Submit Answers: Double-check your answers before submitting. Once you submit your responses, you may not be able to change them.
Technical Issue: If you encounter any technical issues during the examination, please document the problem by taking screenshots or taking notes. To address your concerns, CQI IRCA has implemented a new procedure. You can raise a ticket (Online Help Request Form), and CQI IRCA will respond with a solution within a maximum of 5 working days.
After the exam:
Once you have completed your exam, the CQI will review the findings from your exam recording, and if there are no issues, the result will be issued to us (3FOLD Training) within 10 UK working days. If you have not received your results within 14 UK working days of taking your exam, please contact us.
If you fail your exam, you can request a resit. Only one resit is allowed, and this must be requested by your training provider within 12 months of your first attempt. The CQI IRCA resit fee for the examination is AED 100.
Certificate: Upon successful completion of the examination, you will receive a certificate of achievement within 2 working days from the date of the result.
